At Lola Red, we make brands impossible to ignore. As an Account Manager, you’ll be the engine behind delivering high-impact creative PR campaigns for 3 – 4 client accounts. You will transform strategy into execution, managing the details, building strong client relationships, and ensuring every campaign drives measurable results.
While your primary focus is client work, you’ll also support the growth of junior team members through hands-on guidance and contribute occasionally to Lola Red’s own marketing efforts. This role is ideal for a strategic, resourceful communicator who thrives on producing excellent work and strengthening client trust day after day.
The Account Director is a client-centered strategist and team leader responsible for owning a book of business, setting the vision for each account, and delivering results that grow client relationships and drive impact. This role balances high-level thinking with day-to-day leadership, serving as both a trusted advisor to the client and an operational driver for the team. The Account Director ensures each account is delivering against client goals while maintaining profitability and creative excellence.
